So here is the situation. I was chilling in my apartment the other night and my friend was going through facebook profiles and he got to one girl that I immediately got interested in when I saw her. She is gorgeous. Probably an easy HB9. I am not friends with her on facebook nor have I ever seen her in person.

As my friend was going through her online pictures, one of them caught me by surprise. She was standing by a sign RIGHT next to my parents house in the picture (I moved out right after the summer). Then I found out she lived across the street from me for the summer only and I never even realized (I know stupid ignorant me).

I know I am never going to see her ANYWHERE. There is a bit of difference in age. Shes 19 and I am 26. Not that crazy. I think my only chance is to talk to her on facebook. What would I say? I know how to be cocky/funny but I don't want to overdo it obviously with the first message. How would I go about sarging her on facebook without seeming stalkerish?

Just so you know, im typically a confident, funny guy so im more on the "crazy" side when it comes to girls or anything. Im just the type that speaks my mind but in a fun way. Anyway, i'm sure a lot of guys have this problem with the initial facebook interaction. This girl is EXACTLY my type and I would love to get her on a date.

Any advice on what to say in that first facebook message and the following few would be great. Big fan of this website by the way! Thanks!

You know what i was just talking to a chick on facebook about 45 minutes ago and she was really hot so it was obviously harder. Online gives you the chance to be alot more confident so the best time to game her is when she appears on facebook chat.

You want to make your intentions clear because she probabbly came on;ine to do something else so beating about the bush will give you "g2g bye"

Start with something like

"Hello"
(She will reply)
"I just quickly wanted to ask which aspect of acting/modelling do you do?"


The above will hook her in because you are saying something that no other guy says to her.Plus it isn't a corny pickup line it's like a compliment mixed with a sense of curiosity. Try it out and tell me how it works out for you

Well the thing with that is he has to friend her first in order to facebook chat. So in order for her to accept your friend request (which she probably will anyway), send her an inbox message saying something like "Im sorry I randomly friend requested you but I noticed you while browsing through people and I think you look like someone I know." then when she responds with a no i dont think so, you can insist you know her and then point out that picture and how she apparently lived accross from you. It may sound creepy at first but once she realizes your not lying (which you can do by displaying some facts about the region or whatever where you guys lives) she should be willing to chat.

You aren't supposed to tell people why you are adding them lol. However it might make it easier for her to accept

Some one here came up with a fantastic facebook opener. Poke her. When she replies to the poke, you say something like "Didn't your mom ever teach you not to talk to handsome strangers?" or something along those lines. I'd search for it, but I'm drunk rightnow.
