Posts: 7 | | I've liked this girl since move-in week at university but haven't really made any progress besides asking her out on one date (which I could've kissed her but chickened out), playing ping-pong, pool, etc with her. She's in a relationship with a guy now and I'm trying to get over her. I'm a virgin so sexing up a dozen other girls isn't really an option. I've made out with several other girls but when I try to go further I end up thinking about her and it just kills it. I'm trying really hard to move on. Help? Please and thank you.

Posts: 128 | | Just take a moment and think of all the reasons why you shouldn't like her and all the possibilities why you're better off without her. That's what I did when I had my first one-itis when I didn't even know what one-itis was. I just spent a whole weekend constantly reminding myself why I should dislike her then during the following week I just didn't find her as attractive. Oddly enough my second case of one-itis signifigantly subsided when I discovered the term one-itis.
