Ok guys here's the scene. I've been going to this Dentist for about a year and a half. Many females work there and they are all super nice and flirty with me. I really feel like a king when I go there.

My last two or three visits there has been a new receptionists. Probally HB 8-8.5. She is very nice and friendly and often when I call the office she picks up and I talk with her, all though not sure if she recognizes me over the phone.

Question is I would love to ask this girl out but when ever I see her at the end of my visit there usually people around and it could be awkward asking her out.

Any advice would be appreciated.

My experience in this situation is that women, while on the job, are super defensive when it comes to being approached at work. For one, they're trying to stay professional on the job, especially if it's a job that they like. Two, dealing with the public and being a HB8.5, lines are probably throw at her left and right.

I'd say stalk her till she goes on her smoke break and approach her then... but that's probably waaaay creepy.
