I think my point of mentioning insecurities, was the whole point of areas in ourself that need to be worked on. I don't really have many insecurities if im totally honest, it was more in reference to the past. I use myself as example, as its easier for me to relate to/back to the topic with.

Whats the problem, that the girls arent mature? That they wont text him back? That the girls ARE too mature? That they wont take his number?

I can't be bothered to re read through all the posts, but I thought his original request was asking how to make his way of doing things work with a certain type of woman???

I'm not responding to any posts in this thread that aren't answering the OP's problem.

Basically I was talking to a 22 year old woman, which is different as I've ever dealt with anyone over 20. I gave her my number after an hour of talking, and she didn't text me. No big deal.

So I post thinking that maybe 22 year olds act differently similar way that 18 year old girls do to 15 year old girls, and if anyone has any tips. EG, if my 15 year old brother was gaming girls at his school disco i'd tell him to be direct, because that's how it works at that age.

So far no one has, apart from someone mentioning that 22 year olds are pretty much the same as 19 year olds (relatively), which is helpful.

The only bad thing about giving your number out is that you aren't in control, so unless you care if the girl won't text you, get the number, otherwise keep weeding out uninteresting girls (thanks to kasabi for that) - other than that i'm not sure what else this thread is about. I think it has run its course.

The only good thing about having their number, is that you have their number. If she takes your number but doesnt text you, she's just as like not to text you back if you take hers. Unless you start calling from withheld numbers / different person's phone or all some mad shit. Is doesn't really make any difference. If your original interaction was any decent, it don't really matter who take who's number.
