She kept the topic going rather than dropping it or changing the subject. And your friend's place is perfect as a backup. Since you have that, don't even worry about her Aunt's. If she brings it up and says you can go then awesome. If not, big deal, you have that place, so don't bring it up unless she does. Lemme know what happens after the weekend.
