Hey PUAs,

Today was shit. I hate to be the pessimist but its true, my day was shit compared to my good days.

I've talked about this before, but you PUAs would know what a good day is. Your vibe is on from the moment you wake up. The day feels different - something is different about it, the dynamic has a feeling of euphoria lining it that makes you smile. You talk to everyone. Your on top of your game. Your routines go great. You approach more women than you planned to - all successfully. You got a number close. You passed another mission of the Stylelife Challenge. Overcame your fears. Did something memorable. Cracked a joke. Everyone laughed. Said something meaningful. People appreciated it. You look great. You feel great. You are great.

You also probably know what a bad day is like. Your tired; thats your excuse anyway. You don't talk to many people because, why bother? Your in a shitty mood and you don't know why. You know its stupid - why can't you just get over it and be happy? Because fuck it, thats why. Its just a shitty day. Your down for no reason. Or maybe there is a reason, you think anyway; exams are coming up, your overwhelmed, stressed, confused and your brain is tired. Maybe you just have to get through today and tomorrow will be better. Yeah, take a break.

For me, a bad day also comes with another feeling - complete inadequacy. I go to school and look around the halls with a gloomy gaze. No one here wants to talk to me. Those cool guys down the hall will AMOG me if I game those girls, why bother. I look like an idiot standing here by myself but whatever. Fuck it. Every interaction I have I am completely stuck in my own head, all my words are deliberate and choppy and come out like their going through a cheese grater rather than flowing like water. None of this makes sense, why do I feel like this?

If I knew the reason I could help myself.

As a PUA if something goes wrong initially sometimes we let that effect our mood and subsequent openings. Dont let it get to you and any experience at all you pick up on a bad day just move on with and try to see where you went wrong.

Persistance is key.

Yeah this can be a big problem for me. If someone AMOGs me especially then I just feel like shit cause I let it effect me.

Girls don't usually give me a problem unless I say something stupid or try too hard, which happens. I usually let it persist.

But usually that isn't even the problem; I feel shitty like this right when I get to school, feeling inadequate. No one has even said anything to me yet. I think I might just not feel the need to do this, or I don't have the motivation. On good days I get right into and talk to everyone, on these days I just don't feel it. But thats the problem, I want consistency, and right now I have about 1 good day for every 5 bad ones.

You just got to look at your overall picture of life. Every day is a learning experience and so not every day will be perfect. As long as you have a goal for the day then your ok and its just about accepting you might have not met your goal. Even if it means just listening to some music or eating some sugar can always help in the worst of days.

There may be deeper problems however that are affecting your game so its about trying for yourself to find out where you need to work on :)

This is gonna sound weird, but did you wack it last night? My days always seem to go worse when I wack it for no reason haha

But yeah, anyway, try waking up to your favorite music, wearing your lucky boxers or taking an extra long shower. Seriously, it works. I really don't have bad days anymore with both of those pro-tips :P

hahaha that makes sense though. i've heard jerking off affects game. i never do it in the morning though, so i'm not sure if that would be it. but maybe, i'll give it a break see if it affects it

When I have longer showers it tends to help. And the music thing is a good idea too.

I'll try these out.

Don't you think theres something a bit more deep than that though? I can quite figure out what it is.

Well, i dont think it's possible to figure out what makes a good/bad day cause than there wouldn't really be bad days...

but my take on it is that it's based on chance.
i think good days build from confidence from opportunities given by chance. During the night maybe your body found a wonderful position to rest in and that gives you confidence that morning. than you get a chance to use that confidence in school when luck appears in the form of a HB giving you a smile or you making a great joke that just pops into your head. and it goes on and on. your confidence rises with each lucky event giving you more confidence and more opportunities that day.

than on a bad day, you wake up feeling tired or achy. from bad sleeping position or not enough sleep. you feel a little tired, then your vibe gives HBs reason to reject you which makes you feel more down/tired, spiraling your day down into a terrible day.

i say make your own chance and build your own confidence by choice. go talk to some HB you know you have good rapport with, get some confidence boost and take your day from there.

sorry if its choppy, it's late where i am :)

also agree with music and little things to make your day better
enjoy the little things in life haha
