hey everyone,
i've known about the game and the PUA community since about early 2008. i remember how excited i was to try out the techniques after reading the books (mystery method, the game, venusian arts etc.) and how confident i felt at the time. the first two months of my second year went very well and i felt i was developing fast from an AFC to a PUA. and then i got my first proper girlfriend who i broke up with after 9 months. im fairly experienced with women i suppose, just never wanted a relationship before i found her. and now we come to my problem...

since we broke up a couple months ago i've been attempting to get back into pickup to move on but to this day am having great trouble with my inner game. its like since that relationship my perspective on sarging has changed i.e. i take it too seriously. every time i try to sarge, and believe me i've tried, i think about things way too much leading to approach anxiety and generally giving a shit about the outcome of approaches which i know is ridiculous. i wasn't like this before her. how do i go back to normal?

i'd like any feecback or advice from anybody on how to get out of this lull and back to my active, confident self. i miss that guy!

cheers
