Can anyone point me to a good video on body rocking? I can't seem to find anything on youtube. Thanks!

I couldn't really find anything on youtube either but body rocking is just shifting your weight from one foot to another it's not some big move or anything complicated.

Let's say you are at a 45 degree angle from you target opening over your shoulder. As you open you are going to have the weight of your body on the foot closest to your target. As you open and tell her your false time constraint you simply shift the weight of your body to the other foot ALMOST LIKE you are going to walk away.

That's all it is. Hope this helps, if I come across a video I'll post it.
