I rarely ask questions usually i give a lot of advice. But i needed some help on getting one of my old girlfriends to go on a date with me on saturday.We talk a lot and it goes quite well but i really don't want her to say no. Any ideas guys?

Best thing to do here is gradual escalation in my opinion. Make it known that you want to escalate with her, that you are attracted to her, that you want to hook up with her. But do it subtly, with little clues (use the senses to convey this: sight (look interested), touch (use kino), smell (wear cologne / smell good). Obviously don't be all over her, use the basic rules of pickup because they do apply.

But if you hide your intentions with her, things will probably also remain hidden and won't happen. Don't be afraid to escalate, but don't move too fast. Since you two have a history, she might be reluctant if you move in too swiftly.
