i've have had alot of success using neg theory, but with some girls i dont feel like im calibrating it right, like im dowing it to often.

when are good and bad times to use a neg?

I feel you man. I used to have this same problem as well.

Basically what most guys do is they neg when they shouldn't. If the girl is Massively into you, there's no need to neg.

On the other hand, guys try to neg when the girl is indifferent or doesn't really care about you yet. You then neg and it comes off weird.

Remember that a neg is meant to knock her off of her mental pedastool of thinking that she is the shit and getting her to be her real self.

It's not really the same as a tease. Guys get the two confused.

Use them on the hotter girls and only do 1 or 2 max. Most girls that are 8 and below can't handle them. Not saying it 100% though. Nothing is.
