Don't get caught dude, in some states you'll end up being grouped with all the Sexual Predators(child molesters, rapist, sexual assaulters, flashers, etc..) on all those websites. Not worth it. Assuming you're in the U.S.... I don't know what would happen in W. Europe or other places...

I have always liked crowded changing rooms and the odd parking garage or two... there are many places, get creative and have fun.

The law on this is actually not that bad in the UK. As long as you are clearly not trying to be seen you are unlikely to have any trouble. So obviously don't go for it on the swings at the local play park on a Saturday afternoon.
