theres a young lady who works at the same restaurant that i do and i want her greatly. ive never been too good at just approaching and expressing that though so i dont know what logical/non-creepy way i can go about this. she is my age (20's) white, not too cute, and not too social. i dont know what details wopuld help someone possibly help me, but I arrive at these forums with my hands out.

Ok, so preliminaries. I've fallen in the past for girls that weren't "too cute", as you put it. Internal quality is a magnet for me, compared to physical beauty. I have had some beautiful women, but I enjoy the personalities of some of the others so much more in the long run. One day I hope to run into a 9 or 10 that has both! I'll marry her! lol

1) How long have you known her?
2) How long after working together did you begin talking to her?
3) What is the extent of your communication with her, flirting, and where has it led (are you guys chatty, talkative, or just acknowledge each other when passing?)
4) If no to the above, has she ever, to your knowledge, seen you staring at her, to the extent she would know you're interested?
5) You said not too social...do you sense she could possibly be a virgin? (they do exist in the 20's, i've been with 3 in the last 2 years). The Game Plan for this is a little different, and you have to know what you are getting into. Read that as a warning, lol
