Has anyone had any experience in trying to game their neighbor? Do they tend to get clingy and start coming over all the time?

Basically I have never really gamed a neighbor before, well actually I have never had a neighbor who was good looking(this is a college apartment complex and she lives a level below me). I met her randomly one time at a friend of mine's birthday outing, they she randomly shows up at a party I threw at my place and I found out she lives right below me. I see her at bars we have in a downtown area and we talk and I know she is interested. I plan on getting her number and inviting her over next time I have a party or something. Anyways I really just want her to come hangout at my place aka bang her casually, but I dont want it to get weird where she thinks she can come over all the time.
