Yo guys,

Long time lurker, 1st time poster, in a really annoying situation

Right heres the situation:

Girl from work that I really like, liked her for a while now and really started gettin like close with her, hangin with her more and more over the last 5-6 months, and basically i was textin her one night and said something that let her know I liked her, and i get the inevitable "lets just be friends" speech back. Needless to say i was quite gutted

But since she said she just wanted to be friends (about 2 months ago) shes still been acting really close with me, texting me alot, always inviting me out etc.

For instance, her Step-Mum was having a going back to work party (she had been off for 6 months) just like a get together in the house just some family round, but she invited me. I assumed there would be more of her friends/family friends there but I was the only one there that wasnt family.

On top of that, loads of people when they see us together n when we're out always ask if we're goin out, say that we should go out etc.

And because I work with her, its not like i can just freeze her out for a while.

Any help would be much appreceated
