I spent 1.5 hours trying to get past that. At first she wouldn't even take off her shirt and by the end we were ~naked and I was fingering her. But sex seemed beyond impossible. I tried everything but a pure freeze-out (I don't like them and am more of a fan of what Heartwork says: if she is in your bed and gives you LMR, all that means is you haven't turned her on enough). What do you guys do in these situations? How do you deal with this type of LMR?

Possibly relevant background info: She had the impression I was a player from multiple other sources. We met through a mutual friend. We had hung out for a total of 4ish hours on two separate occasions and texted some (this should be enough, right?).

Then it might be time to pull back -- for the moment. Sit up, stretch act like you're not interested; for a moment, at least.

Not 100% effective, but more often than not it worked for me.
