If an alpha-male isn't suppose to become visibly upset, yell, become anxious, etc, how does he let someone know he's not happy with them? (eg that they've hurt his feelings, annoyed him, etc).

True...it's true that you should have controlled anger. Like for example lets say you're throwing a party, and some of your guest (Most likely people you didn't even invite in the first place) are acting up and causing negative energy into your environment. Well, I'm sure that any person that has any respect for themselves, or anyone that can think FOR themselves would want to have them stop it, no? Well then why not do that?

People like seeing others play a dominate roll in their surroundings. People who are passive to others are usually people that are easily stepped on, and made fun of on other peoples spare time. So DON'T let that shit stand.

True...some people will say "Wow, I've never seen you like that.", but it's better than people saying stuff like "Are you going to take that?", Cause NO! You shouldn't.

I say show emotion. It's human, and it's for the best of the social situation. Take that person to the side and say "Look, I don't get who you think you are, but this shit will not stand here. It's inappropriate behavior, and if you don't stop it than I'll have to ask you to leave." and if it's a hot chick that's causing all the trouble, add "An attractive woman like yourself shouldn't act in such a childish way." And you'll show dominance to her and the crowd.

Don't be afraid to talk about the elephant in the room. If the entire crowd can see the problem... be the person to stop the act, because it shows you live an alpha lifestyle.

Bottom line...don't take anybody's shit.

1. Don´t make yourself a fool
2. If you got no backup, don´t get angry with others because you will make yourself look like a fool. If you got a lot friends with you, go a head and show what you got. (I dont mean fighting, use WORDS that make him look like a jerk, after you have thrown your line, no longer react to him.)
3. Learn to control your mind. When someone does something that you cant stand, you need to in that mindset "I dont like that", and then look at him. He will get the message.
