man at the beginning, its all about moving out of your comfort zone! think of it this way; if you're uncomfortable then you're learning. so what you did was fine!

don't measure success by getting numbers and stuff.

if you're completely new to the game then any interaction is an improvement so just keep doing what you're doing and eventually you'll be comfortable enough to be able to think about what you're going to say more.

Regards

Lucky

You all bring up really good suggestions and pointers, thanks for your guidance. It really bothers me that I am not good at this yet, but I think the most of you are right in that I need experience before I can get better... I was thinking that just reading and listening to PUA seminars would make me better, but I need a game plan and I need to try something. Use the material, I mean.
Heres my game plan from now on:
You need to change your mindset and attitude here as you are still thinking of instant change that will never happen. You can't expect to read a few books and attend a few seminars and be a pro at this stuff. This is like reading book after book on how to play football and expecting to jump into a real live game and expect to kick ass at it. Guess what you are going to get your ass kicked. Football players learn the game and get better at it as they PRACTICE. The more you practice the better you will get at it. Also you can read every dam book and go to every single seminar out there, and I guarantee you there are things you just can not learn from books and seminars but you can only learn from real life experiences.

Find and use three openers, mid game routines, and closes.
Baby steps my friend baby steps. Trying to shoot for to much to soon will not go over well. Work on opening first and once you feel you got that for the most part then work on mid game then closing.

Do 5 approaches per week.
Why only 5? Why not shoot for as many approaches as possible? The more you approach the better off you are in the long run. You don't need to spend a long time talking to the girl. Just talk to the girl for like 5 minutes and move on to the next girl.

Because I am in a school situation, I know and am close friends with most of the people that I try to game. I will try to make 3 of these approaches to girls I have never met, and the other two can be to girls I know.
I would approach girls that are outside of my circle of friends. But that is just me.

Very good advice here, I really appreciate that. I didn't think of that approach, but your right: if I aim to be a PUA in a month then all I'll get is disappointment. I was just expecting to be very good just by reading and listening to those who are good. I have barely put any of this game into actual practice, only the general principles. I need to practice a little more.
