Hello everyone,

My name is Bryan Coester. All my close friends, guys or girls, call me by my last name. the only excpetion has been the women I have been close with or co-workers. All the girls I have ever hooked up with have called me Bryan.

I am now recently single and free of my 5 year relationship. In that relationship there were 2 breaks (lasting no more than 3 months) and I have been with 1 girl each break. I have now read The Game and the Mystery Method (twice). I am a firm believer in pickup yet I am afraid to try when I go out. Although ive only been single for a month, i know there is no immediate rush but i want to put myself out there. Overall Im a quiet guy until you get to know me, always have I been this way.

My goal is to become a great PUA and Im not being nieve. I know this can change my life for the best and not just with women. I am here to learn and share. Most importnantly when I begin i want to help others.

Greetings Coester! I can understand being apprehensive about cold approaching at first, but it's really a "you have nothing to lose" kind of situation... opening but being turned down by a handful of girls is better than doing nothing, because you've had more field experience and hopefully learned things that will improve your game next time around. Heck, being in such a long relationship is already good experience in terms of understanding and relating to girls alone. Good luck nonetheless, you seem to have a good drive and mindset about things... which should help you open up and be more comfortable as you become a better PUA.

Yeah I totally agree, you've got yourself a pretty good start to hit it off, good for you. Approaching is something you've gotta learn to deal with, overtime it shouldn't worry you at all, I think
