When are good times and situations that give you a good sign that you should end the set as in a blowout respone. Like when to leave and when you should push for the 'bitch sheild' response?

Well if its obvious that you're not getting any IOI's, she seems bored/annoyed and you can't seem to attract her then its best to pull out. You pull out when you know the set is not going anywhere, if you feel you're wasting your time or if you feel she's not worth the effort.

Keep plowing for 5-10 minutes. If you don't have a single IOI, can't escalate, and are barely getting a laugh or smile by that point, say "you guys have a great night" and eject with a smile. Don't make it seem like you got blown out in case another set you want to game sees that and you lose value, but don't stay in the set 20-30 minutes if nothing's happening. There are plenty of other sets who will see what a charismatic, charming individual you are and will respond, you should be gaming them!

Simply keep trying so long that she says Go Away, then you have made sure the no is a real no.
