I wouldn't use them if they'd been exposed more than a day in freezing. If they're at 30-35°F and in your pocket while moving, you risk shattering the condom on the microscopic level.

If they were at that temperature and just sitting on the table, I'd say to just refrain from using them until they've warmed up to room temperature.
