can someone explain to me what it is or point me to a post i can read or a book or audio or something,been told i need to learn it,i'm totally new to this and this is where i need to start i think

Hello Cal,
You might want to check the 'Beliefs and Confidence Building, Self-Esteem, and General Inner Game' section of the forum. I believe that you will find an answer to your question there.
Also, I personally recommend David DeAngelo and Tyler Durden.

David DeAngelo's Deep Inner Game program along with RSD's The Blueprint Decoded are both great sources for inner game. The Blueprint is a little more advanced, but you can watch it as a newbie and still learn a lot.

I think all these people love recommending programs but to be honest my suggestion would be

Lance Mansons pickup 101 body language

and

David Deangelo on how to be a man

That's all you should get. As a beginner you want to see results fast, and there is nothing faster then body language.

Lance also includes some attraction there which is superb, once thats down just bounce over to David Deangelo and your set!

If you can put to work what they are talking about... youll be on fire!

thanks for the replys lads,bit hard to choose seen as all ov you have recomended diffrent things but i think i will read David Deangelo on how to be a man and
Lance Mansons pickup 101 body language have you got any links to them? because i have tried to search for the books but cant find them
