I've got a bit of oneitis as well. I think the best way to get over it is to just get out there and game new women. Im new to this so I'm just trying to get out as much as possible and practice day game. Also keep active with stuff like college/school and going to the gym and things that should hopefully get you over it as soon as possible.

One-itis has nothing to do with the girl and has everything to do with the guy. Based on what's posted on this forum, guys seem to be most afflicted with one-itis over girls they have yet to game. Because they never tried, there can be no closure so guys keep dreaming up fantasies of how things "could happen". (This little fantasy land IS one-itis)

So what good does "gaming other girls" do for guys who don't game? All they ever do is hop from one girl to the next, never giving it an honest effort and then falling back to the habitual cycle of thinking that they've gamed girls when in fact, all they ever did was fantasize . . .

FIND CLOSURE. Go out and do your very best to make things work with the girl who currently strikes your fancy. Plan, strategize, execute . . . do your very best and chances are you'll get her. If it doesn't work, you know you tried your very best so at this point, go ahead and give the next girl your A game.

Not sure why so many think that gaming "multiple girls" is so simple when they can't even game one girl properly. The very act of gaming multiple girls is to offer each and every single one of those girls your A game and finding CLOSURE one way or another.

I agree with the last post. Ive had it fucking bad in the past and meeting new girls didnt help. Time didnt help and neither did the vodka... So after trying all the above I went all out to win her. In the end I actually failed but I managed to get over her in the process.

I agree that OneItis is all in your own head and all in your control. You need to actively qualify the target and find what you like or don't like about her. Come from a place of just screening her and you will soon realise that you don't need to be all stuck in lala land about one girl.

I think the best way to get over a chick is to either GET HER or GET COMPLETELY, 100% REJECTED BY HER. If it's anything in the middle, the wonders of what could've been would haunt the shit out of you...

u should deff read others post because your post has been the default answer for this question forever. Unlike kasabi's post which completely described the perfect explanation of how to get rid of one-itus. I recently had one-itus i managed to get her off my mind for a while by keeping myself busy but after about 2 weeks i just ended up talking to her on facebook and i now have a date tonight with her if i get rejected i will probly just forget about her since the time spent apart from her was spent gaming other girls i have something to lean back on if i do get rejected.
