hi, im 23 yrs old and am really shy around girls. Cant speak to them unless they speak first, which is rarely. So, is there any tips on this. BTW, please be gentle, im new at this. cheers:)

Ye it looks like your at square one right now, but thats cool, everyone has to start somewhere. With regards to your request for tips, the best tip i can give you is 'practice'.

Sorry to state the obvious, but thats how i learnt, and thats how i teach all my clients. If you havent read any books yet, even better! They will only clog up your brain with information that you will benefit from once you have felt what its like to do it on your own.

If you get a chance, go onto my site and head for the free e-books section, i have lots there that dont give you 'routines' to rely on, but will get you picturing the whole scenario of talking to a woman, in the correct way.

If you have a problem speaking to ANYBODY in general, meet them through friends.

This is very powerful and you feel more comfortable if you're with a friend of yours or one of their friends.
