I've been reading PUA forum for months now and it's about time I've made an account to get some advice. Excuse my lack of knowledge with the acronyms that you guys commonly use. Basically, I was with a girl for 3.5 years and have now been single for 3 months with no sex and maybe five kisses, when I've been at clubs.

I recently added a friend of a friend who's a HB8 on facebook; I just saw her at a party and decided to add her. She messaged me on facebook and was keen to catch up straight away, I told her I thought she was incredible looking and we caught up the next day for lunch. About 80% of our convo was about sex but I lacked the confidence to pursue it further on the day. I thought fuck it and invited her around to mine the next night, just kissed a lot but I couldn't bring myself to closing it. About 2 days have passed and I asked her out to dinner for the following night, I've now canceled on her because I have WAY too much uni work (this is now tonight). How do people suggest on closing this? I know she's keen but what are some good tactics for getting her around to mine again and not messing up this opportunity?
