so the first thing i wanted to do was work on my image, ive had a new hair cut, ive bought nice clothes and new shoes, im looking good. doing this has already increased my confidence and its showed. ive had a few girls give me little smiles as they walk past, some ive caught looking and they've turned away quickly, others have kinda stared for a while (quite creapy really). ive put a bit of fat on these last few weeks so ill strip that of this weeks (lots of cardio) so my tight tops fit.

sadly i still dont have the balls to even say hello to any of these girls, three of them were right next to me and i couldnt even say hi, one even slowed down as if she wanted to talk, but i felt myself blush and started to walk faster LOL (i think that would make a good sketch).

well this is my first update, next thing im working on is more confidence (listening to CD's etc). im going out his week and plan to chat up a few girls using my russel brand routine.

I just smile at every girl that looks in my direction these days. Haven't said 'Hi' yet but really should start. Haha.

The only way to get more confortable talking to girls (once you are happy with your appearance/ self-esteem etc) is to, well, talk to them.

It's easier to start with girls you don't think are hot, but who you don't know at all.

Sure you might start off blushing like a fool, but with practice this is going to go away, and your chat is going to improve with practice.

Having a few decent openers / wing man is gonna make things easier for you.

But ultimately, you just have to not be afraid of making a fool of yourself. Tell yourself, I don't know these girls, If I mess up I'll never see them again, I'#ve nothing to lose. Then get in there and mess up until you learn how not to!

Well also its the mindset of having nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Lets not go nuts here but for all you know, they're a potential girlfriend, lover, or even if you're really going to go as far you can with this hypothesis, your wife. Ok, don't think too much about that when you approach but as the saying goes:

"You miss every shot you don't take"

When I was forcing myself to do day game, initially I was thinking that I needed some kind of excuse to talk to a girl on the street because otherwise it would be random for some stranger to just say hi to them for no reason. So initially I would just smile and ask for directions, and then later tried to fit in an explanation of why I was going there "yeah I'm trying to find X clothes shop cuz I heard they had a sale and I 'm really into the whole retro 80s thing right now..are you into that? no? yeah well we can't all be super fashionable I suppose, it's hard work looking this good, trust me..." etc. whatever. Just start simple by asking a straightforward question, and then as you overcome your AA you can fit in a joke or two, a DHV story, get them talking about themselves, etc. A lot of the time you can get better responses because, actually, most people out during the day are looking for an excuse to talk to someone fun because they're probably on a lunch break from their boring work or running lame errands and you can really brighten their day, whereas as night you're having to overcome a lot more resistance because they're expecting guys to approach them and trying to get rid of them.

yeh i think ill get over my AA very soon tbh. this week when i go out, im planning to aproach about 20+ girls, im not to bothered about getting closes, i just want to get over my AA (obviously closes would be awsome though).
