You have two IOIs, why look for more. If your constantly in your head looking for IOIs from her then you wont be present in the interaction. Assume attraction and be present in the interaction so you can be fun and spontaneous.

If you two have been " friends " with 5 years its pretty hard to just observe IOIs that are different from " friend zone "- IOIs than " i want something more " IOIs.
Why not try to build up comfort and and rapport and try to kiss her.
Another option is to ask a hypothetic question about what she thinks if two friends have known each others along time but suddenly wants to have something more but the other aint sure what the other wants? You could try to modifie this guestion in to a form of " you know, i have this friend of mine you has known this girl.... what do you think he should do? "

even better...tell her you have a girl friend (girl thats a friend) that youve known for a while through blahblah blah and you think she may be into but youre not sure what to do as you think yo may feel the same.

if you dont make it obvious that youre speaking about her...she will be trying to find out who this mystery girl is that you may be interested in (massive IOI)...however, if she go's straight into giving you boring ol advice as a friend would...not good.

if shes comfortable asking about sex fantasies (big IOI btw), she's probably comfortable kissing.

ok it sounds like she is fairly into you...but you can always test the water by giving her a peck on the lips to test her reaction...if she enjoyed it she will be gazing back into your eyes like youre some sort of love god. its like they get mesmerized for a second or two like a deer caught in the head lights of your car thats your que to go in for a proper kiss. you've seen people kiss on television right? do that. take it easy, dont rush in too fast, be graceful and smooth, relax. if she has kissed someone before then youve got it easy as it will come more naturally. kissing is easy...you dont need to know/learn anything in order to kiss!

after the first peck on the lips to test her reaction, even if she kinda backs away you can say something like 'oh ok so you dont want a friendly kiss to lighten up your day...your loss!' and smile. do NOT be effected by it or apologize AT ALL. See, this is the worst that happen!

here is the most important part though...YOU HAVE TO DO IT THE NEXT TIME YOU SEE HER. The longer you wait, the less chance there is of it ever happening.
