Yes that is exactly what disipline is. Resisting temtation from something you want so you can gain greater rewards later in life.

Ah, well could explain a lot then seeing as I sympathise with views expressed by Satanists, Pagans and Atheists.

I myself am not sure what path I walk, but it sure isn't Christianity which has been well established. :P

i think there is a little bit of truth behind this article, i found that when i jerkd before going to the gym i was unable to perform aswell as i would if i never, so if this article is true it would proove why that was happening. And would proove why weightlifters take steroids too boost thier testosterone levels to help thier performance in the gym.
