I met this girl online (friend of a friend type of thing) and I'd rather not take her to a movie. I'd like to do some activity with her in the evening, but it's cold outside. Should I invite her to play pool or something? Then we could bounce to some club and get a drink and then go to my place for a glass of wine or something.

go to a small resturaunt in a nearby town and roleplay random people (involve dramatic lovers quarral)

go to a book store and write sticky notes to future readers of random books

go karts and pizza

go to chuck e cheese, beat all the highscores, harass little kids, and relive your elementary school years

Actually, the whole situation makes me cringe. I get the feeling it's going to be a disaster.

don't cancel, there's no reason to do that

Q: Zip, do you have any ideas for day 2's that are out of the ordinary? I'm only 19 so bars, clubs, etc. are out of the picture. I'm just sick of the whole dinner and a movie thing being an option and would like to have some fun alternatives instead of the boring classic.

Zip’s Answer: We’re sick of the whole dinner and a movie thing too. Get creative. Make up your own date. Take her to mini-golf, grab a bottle of wine and head to a free concert in your area, or make a simple dinner together (fajita night.) Todd Richmond, a PUA I know from New York, came up with a brilliant idea: Adventure Day. He went grocery shopping with his lady and made it into a scavenger hunt. He took her to a crazy-ass museum in NY. He went to the harbor. He basically turned their day into an insane adventure for two.

Some of the best day-two’s I’ve had were horseback riding on the Brooklyn beach, going to the Moma and making fun of ridiculous art we didn’t get, picnicking at an outdoor theatre event, adult easter-egg hunting, going to a random college track meet and listening to “Eye of the Tiger” on a shared iPod... playing strip jinga. Revert to what you did before you just chilled with your bros and drank brews every weekend… when you were seven, what were some silly things that you enjoyed? Make an adult version, and BOOM, there you go.

It's no big loss. She's kind of fat anyway. I'm sick of these low value chicks, and I always get stuck with them for some reason. I'm a good-looking guy. I can do better than this . . . somehow.

Are you trying to convince us or you?

I would suggest you go for the experience. Her Dad won't be there at the end with a shotgun or something. Try out some stuff, see what happens. Have fun with the pressure being off and it'll help you with the girls you're actually interested in.

I absolutely love that one and am definitely going to do that next time I have some time off and decide I'm going to go to a book store and bring someone along.

I would also suggest, if possible taking her to an apple orchard or pumpkin picking. Those are some of my favorite things to do with a girl this time of the year. If it's not possible to go do that because of the weather I might take her rock climbing or something fun and neg her a bit beforehand telling her that we're doing it in case she's boring.

OMG...the roleplay one was cool, but this is AMAZING!!!! I am totally going to use this to make my day 2 this weekend better. I am already going to a restaurant, but this will be my afterwards activity. This is hilarious, and sounds like a lot of fun....

I just feel under pressure to entertain this girl. I can't entertain when I'm under pressure like this. My mind goes blank.
