For real man. I'm not on here much anymore either because the forum has been overwhelmed by AFC's who just bitch and moan. And frankly, I'm getting tired of it. The Alpha males you aspire to be probably come from past experiences of men making you feel bad about yourself. For example they would make fun of you around women, and laugh at you. You would then assume that if you treat people like this that you can get girls too. Yes, you can, but any girl who wants to laugh at other peoples flaws is no friend of mine.

This frustration you speak of comes from a flaw in the way an AFC thinks about himself. Frustration is about NOT having control. If you are frustrated you want to learn more, but the reason you are frustrated is because you are driven by lust and impatience. Lust leads to frustration, and frustration to cheated learning, and then to habitual actions that last a life time.

Instead I urge you to focus on one girl. Get oneitous and work hard at getting that girl. Learn from her, and never give up on her. If she tells you no then move on, don’t stalk her, but talk to her. You have to realize that you are O.K. You really are.

Yes, Turn Up The Night. Yes he is. He contradicted himself by saying he's comfortable being an AFC but yet he's here, and saying "the game is meant to fuck hoes".

And yes Magnum I am saying I've never been made fun of by someone more powerful than me. Because if I get made fun of someone, then obviously I have more value than them because they are trying to lower my value in order to make their own appear higher.

Even so, I don't care because I always have the under-lying knowledge that I can kick their ass :lol:

I find it hard to believe that you went through your entire life and never got made fun of. But whatever.

Anyways. It's like this. If you think you need to improve your life then you are mistaken. The need for improvment comes from dissatisfaction. Be satisified with who you are. Accept who you are for your flaws.

In your example you stated how playing video games all your life is not healthy. I agree with you. Although if that man was happy with his life he would be able to have a relationship. He would have to accept himselve and get with a girl who accepted him.

What? We shouldn't try and improve our life!? Seeing as you're Christian, isn't the whole point in that to improve ones life and improve yourself for eternity so that you may exist in bliss. When Christians converted Pagans they considered themselves to be improving their lives.

Also you obviously feel your views if adopted by the members of this forum would improve their lives otherwise you wouldn't keep posting.

If humanity had accepted itself for our 'flaws', we wouldn't have achieved anything! Philosophy is the basis for self improvement as is psychology. Science is about improving the quality of life and understanding of the universe.

Every man has flaws but seeing as I am an admirer of people who have the philosophy of transcendence I will not just accept them, rather I'd like to be able to have the foresight to see them then improve upon them. I believe in self betterment and the ideal of trying to reach a higher state of being. This is an aspect of self improvement for me.
