In an ideal world yes...just because she kissed you does not necessarily mean she is interested. Im sure you have kissed girls in clubs where you know for a fact that youre not keen on seeing them again. Beer goggles, just looking to have some fun for the night etc etc. Alcohol levels play a HUGE part....if shes soba...then yes that kiss is more probably a more 'quality' IOI.
I would actually trust IOI's prior to the kiss, rather than judge the kiss itself as an IOI (in club game anyway). Gauging IOI's leading up to the kiss will put that kiss in context and give you the bigger picture. Many drunk girls on the dance floor wont back down for a kiss if theyre drunk enough. My girl friends kiss guys all the time and they are not necessarily interested in the guy at all. I mean hell she many even be trying to simply make some other guy jealous...there are a million and one reasons why she would kiss you without being that interested at all so dont 'trust' a kiss on its own.
