Best way is to sound a little bit patronizing but not serious. DHV, but don't insult the girl either.

I agree with meth.. here's a few that have gotten me numbers

"you think you've gained weight? look at my ass" (turn around so they can look.. this opens you to neg them for staring)

"self loathing aren't we? I see you've never gone on a beach run..."

"you think you've gained weight? what about that one drowning over there?" (point to a chick about 25 pounds overweight overdoing herself at the gym as there always is one)

I am not sure a girl who has already DLVd herself needs to be negged any further. What she wanted was for you to HV her by telling her you thought she was hot (telegraphing your interest). This would be nice for her but then she would lose interest in you cause you are no longer a challenge. I NEVER HV a girl unless its to tell her she looks great with my load on her face.

She has made the first move for you, so next time just come back with something ambiguous like:

None of these show you feel one way or another about her physique. Your just being a helpful guy. Now you have her guessing as to whether you are attracted to her. If it works, she will try even harder to gain your acceptance. She will probably DLV until you do something to stop it. So carry a shovel in case you need to scrape her off the pavement.

lmao thats good. there are a lot of problems with girls negging themselves being all "god im so dumb" but thats like half kidding and easy to neg off
