i got into the game after a bad batch of one-itis forced a friend of mine to step in and give me some advice on life. this was almost 4 years ago. my first exposure to the game was in reading DYD by David DeAngelo, and it was unbelieveable to me, just like most AFCs. i had to learn more and more, and as i took the material to the field i saw it work first hand. i was a believer, and have read various opinions on the topic. im still working on my bad AFC habits, and im hoping to absorb as much as i can from any source.
i like using C/F and just having a good time. ive never been gimmicky or hypnotic or anything, i just like having fun and playing around with social dynamics.
my goals have always been to improve my quality of life, which includes attracting women, being an interesting person, and just having fun doing whatever i am doing. so far its pretty much been a complete success, but i always feel like theres more to learn, so i keep coming back.
now that youve read my book, ill reward you with a simple story. my first realization of the power of this stuff was a regular night at the bar. i had just looked over some material and read about the "bumped by a girl" opener. i was still new to the game, so i was simply working on going out and tryign different openers at the time. the bar was a crowded campus dive of a big university. the bar was packed with fists full of money, and behind it was groups of nervous twenty-somethings waiting for their drinks. my group was in an awkward position just trying to carve some space out when i get heavily brushed by a female just passing through. i make the exaggerated "whats the deal" face and throw my arms up into the air. she gets it. she turns around and is "so sorry" about that. i smile and assure her its ok, but dont do it again. she walked away and i thought i had won a solid emotional victory for the night. about 5 minutes later she pops right back up on my radar, straight with an introduction. i hadnt studied much past openers, so i was taken aback. i knew this was a good sign but i had nothing for her. she quickly lost interest and left. i didnt care. this is what ws really signifigant for me. she probably would have slept with me without using any game at all, but i didnt care. i realized how it isnt that hard and girls are nothing to sweat over. i was a convert.
later on i got pinned by a drunk dude for throwing a can of soda which i didnt throw. he grabbed me and i punched him in the head...a lot. dont mess with ant.
