OK, so I have this Art History class that I haven't been in for 2 weeks this Monday cause of the holiday, it's once a week... so it's kinda like we haven't even had one class yet haha. But the previous class I caught two girls eye-f#$&ing the s$&% out of me but this was before I was a PUA recruit

So, I think I came up with this opener, or a few rather:

Me: Hi, is anyone sitting here?
HB: No

Me: What, did you scare everyone away?
Me: It's OK, I'm not afraid of anything. In fact this one time I jumped from a 2nd story window on a bet. I didn't win enough to cover the hospital bill though.

Or maybe like this:
Me: You don't bite do you? My biggest fear is being bit by a snake, hou bout you?

I've gotta talk to at least one of these girls next class... gotta. IDK, what do you guys think? Got any better ones?

...yawn... These sound totally rehearsed. Totally agree with Meth, i've seen a ton of class openers on here.

yep not to sound rude but I think there is actually one just a few post down, or on the second page. But anyways seems to me like with those openers your trying to hard if you do them in class and she'll pick up on your intentions (I would save those openers for when going out). I just go and sit, start asking some questions and start neggin her from there. Something I just found out thats interesting is that after talking to her for a while in class you can see with her if she wants to be your study partner or be in a study group and majority of time they'll be down and easily give you their contact info. (of course this is provided that the class is somewhat challenging and not an easy A).

you can pull that first one if you do it right but you're ending it on a cheesy note

search function can work but if you want to go the way you are you can do the following.


Me: Hi, is anyone sitting here?
HB: No
(while sitting down)
Me: What, did you scare everyone away? (wait for response)
If HB replies with witty response you're good. If they seem insulted then you can call her on smirking slightly about it whether she did or not... or just pull another witty comment. But don't pull a lame 2nd story window bet..

on the other hand if she seems insulted or gives you a bad look.. then you can downplay and point out to her that on the bright side at least she doesn't have to sit next to the dude over there (point out to a dude who she wouldn't give the time of day). it'll get you in there but you'll need a second set ready

Because "everything about everything" includes the knowledge to use a search feature on a website that requests that you use it to avoid multiple POSTS. Forgive my casual use of foul language and listen to what I said, the search function is there for a reason, and a good one at that.
Never use that, you shouldn't be worried about asking if someone is sitting there, if there are no books, then you've got a 99% chance no-one is there. Asking her shows more of a lack of confidence than anything. Walk in the classroom and sit your ass down next to the person of your choice, then proceed to talk to them.
Good brainstorming, I'd refine your jokes a little though. Just my input.

Anyway, like I said, USE THE FUCKING SEARCH FUNCTION.

Ninja, I want you to think about this.

Opening and conversing with a woman in you class at college is NO DIFFERENT than doing it anywhere else. Sure, the environment is different, but not different enough to create a huge change in the way you'd go about it. If your looking for canned openers, any of the 'day game' openers will apply to this sort of situation with relatively high efficiency. Ever think about just keeping it simple? A hello, or pleasant greeting is never out of the question, trust me on that one. I'm not going to list any for you cause there are plenty already on here. The idea is not to waste your time focusing on finding "the perfect opener", the idea is to open successfully, that is all.
