Hi, folks.

I am based in Leeds, UK. I am probably older than most of you - 33. After close to half a lifetime of being pretty useless with women and yet another drawn out relatiopnship with a woman I didn't love, I've decide to do something about the situation.

I've read up a bit on the theory and conducted some basic trials, which weren't exactly a success, but not an outright failure either: I still screwed up, but at a later stage than before! Anyway, I am here to learn. I've learnt some pretty complicated things in my life, so, I recon, this shouldn't be beyond me.

My end goal is pretty unoriginal. I want to find an intelligent and attractive woman to settle down with and have a bit of fun in the process of looking.

Welcome to the dark side buddy Age isn't a problem in this community. As for screwing up, it just takes practice! Stick with it, try as many routines as you can and eventually you'll find something that works. You'd be surprised how quickly things move if you're dedicated.

Orite buddy, feels strange greeting someone as ive just signed on myself, however with a year and a bit of lone practice i understand your screwing up comment. I dont know exactly what you mean, would be interesting to hear? However i dont know how many times ive been knocked back, shot down and embarressed. However I looked at it like learning to ride a bike you cant just get on it and sail into the sun set. You have to try, fall off and get back on again till you get the hang of it
And by god the most consoling factor of it all is that there were 3,301,112,087 women in the world in 2007, thats alot of attempts and atleast one special someone somewhere

Hey mate

Hope your ok. I'm new to PUAing and also from the Leeds area. Just getting into it, but haven't got over the AA as of yet. Also not sure exactly how to start. Read lots of material but it feels like it's all messed my head up.
