Hi,

I am new in this forum, the guess the reason i ended up here is that I recently lost my girlfriend, and I have my self to blame. I took her for granted, maby I didn't open up to her and didn't do enough to keep the relation alive.

I never got a chance to change this and show her that I there is so much more to me.

My main goal is to change myself, so I can be more open and fun, the secondary goal is to win her back.

Is there anythind special I should be aware of or any special techniques I should learn since we have a history?

Matt Hudson's "Ex2 system" is good (you can google for it), however, every situation is quite different and his pattern might not be suitable for you.

I think an important thing to do is show her you are seperate from her, but just improve yourself, make yourself great, 'let' her see this, dont tell her, dont try to show her, you have to just let it come.

The thing is, you said something about maybe you didnt open up enough to her, so Im not sure if the whole showing her you are seperate from her would be benficial in this situation.
