Good book or script with examples to master transitioning?

Hey,

I figured out my main problem is I don't know how to transition.. I open good and then I don't know what to do next...

So if anyone can tell me some good book to get, or maybe even has some script/text with examples to share on how to transition good to, it would be great...

I know I can find a lot of examples online but I actually need something in printed format or something I can easily print, so book or some doc file would be great example...
