If a little 7 year old girl said this, would you be like "OH really? Wow omggg" No, you'd be like "Ok... I guess"

I've always been one to take the honest road, for better or worse. But I am usually like that from the beginning. I'm young, and not looking to settle, so when i start to get some good chem. with a gal, i tell her upfront, "listen, I'm young, I'm in college, and i'm not looking to have a relationship. If you want to hang out, party, hook up, hey, I'm your guy. But on one condition: you get feelings for me, you tell me."

Only twice have they actually developed feelings after, to which point i politely stopped seeing them. I don't have time to get mixed up with women who are looking for marriage material, or can't separate their love-life from their sex-life.

I would talk to her about it, and see what she means for sure. Otherwise, I'd break it off, no need for things to get all emotional and messy.
