How to talk to people?

 Post subject: How to talk to people?

I'm not rly looking for a "pick up" answer. Do you know where I can find links or online info on how to talk to people. Guys and girls.
I'm talking about things that like:
How to act
What's a good/bad to talk about
How you should act
Maybe on how you should say things.

Basically any info on how to get people to like you and come off as a cool person they wanna be around. (can't think of a better way to say this)
Idk if I need to read NLP stuff or what.
