Last night I meet this girl at a party. We went to the same high school but didnt know each other we start talking small talk ( How have you been, Hows college ?) then she starts trying to keep the convo going by asking if I was still with my girl friend I said no she asked how I was doing in baseball and stuff. I dont know if it was but I took it as a ioi. I tryed a neg on her, shes a swimmer so she had a tan line around her eyes I made fun of and she the pulled her pants down a little and showed me her bikini line which I saw as a ioi. We separated because I was nervous and was running out of things to say, but later in the night she found me and said she loves my car and asked to see the inside I gave her the keys and she looked in and came back telling me how much she liked it. I then asked her if she wanted a ride she said hell ya and I took her down the street burning my tires off and taking it up to about 100mph (the house we were at is all by its self no other homes around and I was not drinking im not a dumb ass). But then we got out she told everyone how fun it was and then I she had to go I asked for her number and she have me it and said text me.

How long should I wait to text her ?

How long? I like to hangout with girls asap. And yes if this were exactly as they appeared the basketball talk was an ioi. Think about it; shes not close to you and probably isnt interested in basketball, but she was talking to you.

for a txt, just do it. You won't seem needy. Look at some txt openers. Better to do it soon then when she loses interest. Sounds like there was a lack of kino on your part as well, look into that next time.
