So, today, I was dressed pretty nice, on the bus on the way to class, a chick looked at me and smiled, I started a convo and kinda let it die down cause I was just testing.

After class, this hot ass blonde, like 8. she came in to visit with one of the lab techs and ended up talking me the whole time, used my paranormal experiences opener and it worked pretty damn well. didn't number close, I could've but as I said, I was having fun with it.

At the karaoke bar, I like obliterated one of the bartenders. We were talking and she said "I don't have time for these games" I responded with "You think because I'm talking to you I'm hitting on you? Whatever." I proceeded to turn around and she was like "oh shit...I just got owned..." my roommate could attest to that haha. It was epic, should've seen the look on her face

I kino escalated with the hands thing, her hands followed mine, we locked hands and i ended up letting go. I probably could've number closed her too. I think I messed up slightly because I asked her name, she asked mine, I told her it was a secret, but I was just being playful, most likely should've just told her. It ended with her saying "I'm looking for friendship" or something along those lines, but it was a farce and I could tell, I was fixing to number close, but because of that I decided I'll wait til we go back tomorrow. She also looked at my roommate and was like "this guy is good!" haha.

All in all, I'd say today was a pretty damn good day!

How can you call this a good day? You had brief convo with three chicks, if you don't close at some level it is not a pick up.

I agree that it seemed like you got some great training, value that, all experience is good experience.

Hes just starting out, it seems, and getting himself comfortable with approaching and shit.

Doing a lot of approaches and building approach confidence, whether u close or not, it feels good. Much better than not approaching and much progress toward being able to close.

LOL no don't worry.
I won't call myself an expert on closing in general but when it comes to number closing I'm pretty damn close to be a master.

My trick is to not make a big deal out of it, I know some guys will prepare for hours until they build up for THE question when they ask, "can I have your number?" only to get a "NO", the girl will be intimidated because of the build up was too much and the guy will appear as desperate.

I make as little of a deal as possible of it, don't ask it in the end of the convo, ask it early or in the middle. Ask is the wrong word to use, tell her "well give me your number" like you told her to pass the salt or something, she will give it without even considering it, it works great for me, with all girls and situations, even with bartenders.

Yeah I think my problem is exactly what you just said. I always wait until the end because it seems to feel right I guess, I don't know why but I freeze up and kinda start doubting myself and leave the number hanging. Perhaps if i try in the middle it wouldn't have me freeze up so much.
