Hey guys, can anyone point me in the right direction of a thread or article on being cocky funny.

I tried to search the forum, but the results are just posts where people say the words cocky funny, no threads dedicated on the subject.

just make sure you dont come across as big headed

Witty sarcasm is what its all about, well stated.

I personally find there are 2 basic types that I use...

1. cocky comment which is directed AT her. This is your classic tease. Saying something sarcastic about what shes wearing, what she does, anything she said, how she looks, impersonate her, accuse her of doing things that she doesnt etc. Eg. 'are you sure youre ok to drive after all those drinks?'... 'ye of course i'll take it slow.'....'ye sure, youre probably like a bloody F1 racing driver when you have a few drinks in you, i can see it now, flying home at 100 miles an hour, causing 17 accidents behind you on the way home without even knowing it, and eventually pulling up safely into your drive way without a scratch on you thinking to yourself 'what a peaceful and relaxed drive home that was.'.' [hits your arm while smiling from ear to ear]..'stop it i actually drive very well!!'...etc etc

2. cocky comment NOT directed at her, but rather a humorous remark which makes her laugh. This could be a funny story, joke, something situational in your environment that you comment on.

And if the cocky comment is not that humorous but rather just teasing, make sure to smile else you'll come across as a dick. If the comment IS funny and you know it, dont smile immediately. Wait for her to laugh and then subtley smile afterward....some comments/jokes are infinitely funnier when said seriously...look at any GOOD comedian,how often do the laugh at their own jokes. Very seldom. This is extremely powerful
