Should you follow up on a number close with no real rapport?

Hey, so I met this girl at a music festival, had a good laugh with her, joking around asking if I can get on her shoulders, she and her friends said to protect her from the crowd so jokingly pretended to be her body guard, some definite IOI's but was in the mood for making loads of approaches as it was a festival so didn't extract or built rapport, just number closed and ejected.

I think it would be weird as there was no real rapport or connection (just attraction and jokes) to follow up on the number, what do you think?
