I'm typing this while drink so please excuse any spelling mistakes. I think this is the best time to write this as they say you tell the truth when drunk.

Well, I'm a AFC. No mater what I tell my brothers and mates, I'm a massive loser.

Every min of every day, I think about the girl that got away. The love of my life. The girl I never looked out for, treated badly and then lost my job over.

Her name was Lauren and I met her 4 years ago. I was a 21 year old virgin, met her at work and fell in love. We went out for 2 years but as she was my first girlfriend ever, I started arguements about anything. Wouldnt let her go out with her mates and basicly only wanted her with me. We broke up promissing to be friends but a few weeks later when I saw that she had a new bloke, I posted a naked pic of her on Facebook. I was drunk and it was only up for 3 hours. I put it up at around 1am and it was down by 5am but one person saw it. They told her and that was that. My life was hell at work and I ended up leaving.

Since then, I found out about the game about 2 years ago but I've still got AA. I cant talk to any girls unless I'm introduced. I just cant open.

Anyway, I have lost all my friends after the facebook incidend and now only go out with my brothers who are also AFC's.

We serisously cant pull anyone. Since I broke up with Lauren, I've had a long thing with a girl Im seeing now called Kate but I'm not in love with her. I dont wanna be with her but I dont know what to do.

I'm almost 25, stuck in a dead end job and getting fat and unattractive. I need serious help. I dont want to sleep with a different girl every night, I just want one I love and loves me back, who I can spend my life with.

Instead of going out hoping to pick up, why not go out and just try to have fun?

Maybe your AA comes from expecting too much out of every girl you approach. Just think of them as a potential friend or someone to banter with for a few minutes. Simplify your goals and instead just set ones like making someone else laugh.

You need to get a handle on your inner game. Remember that life is lived in the present and you should only worry about the things that you can change and control.
