Theres this girl in my high school school bus and all she does is stare at me i get so uncomfortable. So today i decided to look at her to c what she would do. When i saw her looking at me i looked at her and she quickly looked away. as soon as our eyes made contact. But she looked away and up, i thought if a girl liked you she her eyes would turn down? So was this an ioi?

I wouldn't really focus on which way her eyes went after you made eye contact, so much as I would focus upon the fact that she repeatedly stares at you for extended periods of time. Put yourself in her place. Would you stare at someone for a long time if you had no interest in them whatsoever?
