I always wondered is the such a thing as mojo that when you lost it(being out the game for a long time)that you can fail alot but when you have it every girl you look at is yours.

Rencently im being feeling down (thus mojo is lost) and i didnt get any number closes at all but this all changed when i started to care less of what the girl said and what she did(my mojo came back).

guess what im trying to say is that with confidence(mojo) you can do anything

Check out the "inner game" section on this forum.
There is a lot of info on self-confidence and motivational material. Also it sounds almost like you are describing "state".
