I can't figure out what went wrong

Okay so i had this group project today where we had to go around campus and take pics, there were 3 girls and 2 guys including me. I liked one of the girls and DHVed a lot, like just about everyone we passed knew me and i talked to them. But she never showed any interest. Im starting to think it was b/c i smoke and that she doesnt like smokers but i have no clue. Anyone else have a better view from the outside?

Well there could be a lot of reasons she doesn't (at least show) that she likes you. She could just not like you. Or something in you're doing that you just don't see.

As has been said, there could be many reasons. You're really not giving us enough information to work with...
It could be that she didn't like you from the start - bad first impression etc
It could be that she's shy
It could be that you seemed arrogant and like you're bragging etc instead of DHV'ing
You could've been trying to hard
It could be the smoking...

It could've been a million things

And yeah, stop smoking. It's bad for you, and your game.

Ahhh damn, if that weren't the truth... I used to, but I quit. I crave it like fucking crazy! I've found that it does work sometimes though, if you meet women who also like to smoke.

The least you could do is cut down, at least until you figure out if it's the smoking.

could be anything, dont smoke in front of her...maybe shes lesbian? it could be anything, you need to work on not just DHV but building attractiong through direct convo...talk to her...find out what shes about...

I laugh when guys cant get the girl and are AFC about it.....liek dude find she doesnt like you...but still game her ( minus trying to get in her pants) and now you have a new friend who def has at least 20 other girls she can introduce you tooo. there is no such thing as to many friends.

Maybe she didnt show any interest because you didnt show any interest? Being a PUA doesnt mean ignoring the girl you want and just play it cool. Did you even talk to her? You need to create a genuine connection.. You cant just expect every girl to like you just because you DHV.

alright update, i saw her after i got out of classes and said hey to her we chatted for a bit ab stuff and it was for a couple mins and she seemed to be enjoying herself. I dont think shes a lesbo. I made the mistake of not using a time restraint though and ended up making her say that she had to get to class. Idk i guess ill see where it goes, im not pushing it or anything we have each others numbers but i dont call her and she only texts which i dont have.
