So im very new to all of this, but last night i kind of tried applying this stuff for the first time.

I went to a party and was hanging out with this girl i know. we started to kind of flirt and argue about stupid stuff like whats better crash bandicut or final fantasy and stuff like that. i was trying to bust her balls as much as possible. we were talking for a long time but it wasnt leading anywhere, so i tried to get her to come outside with me a few times but she wouldnt come.

eventually we both ended up outside and were arguing again. so i kinda said "are u serious?" while we were arguing and jokingly forced against the wall. i then leaned in and was inches from her face, we started rubbing noses. so i tried going in for the kiss but she pulled away, and left.

I know that there was probably many things I did wrong but I was wondering what specifically was it. I'm thinking that I was maybe too needy for goin in for the kiss and also for hanging out with her for so long.

you did good by trying to get her outside, but maybe you showed too much interest while talking to her. If she knew from the start you were interested in her, that is not a good thing. Some things come to mind here (for me):

- Did you kino enough?
- Did you beg her to come outside?
- Was she on to your intentions?
- You said you knew her already, maybe you're just another LJBF?

I'm new to this as well but I picked up these things so if I'm wrong someone should correct me, but I think I've got some valid points here.
