real quick, 1-2 min approach getting her name, age whatever... and telling her im gonna hit you up to get something to eat sometime, put your number in my phone

in places like the street where people are walking around, walking past you, etc? poor?

In my personal opinion I dont think it's solid game. ie. poor.

Reason is that you want to number close in 1-2 minute in a threatening place like the street. Sure you might get the number but your flake rate will be extremely high as you are not building rapport or building any sort of connection with her...youre simply getting her to give a stranger (you) her number off the street and then walking off.

At least throw in some sort of DHVing, rapport building so that she at least feels like she knows you a bit by the time you leave. Have a bit of a chat at the very least. Also, once youve number closed, dont walk off immediately...carry on chatting for a few more min before leaving else she'll think all you interested in is the number and not her.

So I'm gonna fail almost everytime with my approach, if I get any dates even?

If you get her to go on the date then from there you're going to have to comfort build and pretty much DHV from scratch as you didnt do it when you number closed (you only spent 60 seconds with her, asked her name and told her she was cute). If you get the date then great, what im saying is chances are not good you'll get many dates with a 1 min close as she still see's you as a random stranger.

Keep in mind (quoted by Style), you need to give her a REASON to go on a date with you...why would she want to go on a date with you if youve spent 1 min asking her name, getting her number and then walking off. What have you done to spark interest? nothing. Why should she invest her time in you? unless you look like brad pitt chances are shes not going to feel comfortable meeting up with you.

So...spend a bit more time with the number close by building rapport and comfort building, display your personality and reach a 'hook point' so that she has a reason to go on a date with you. Spark some sort of interest so that she WANTS to see you again. This way you will get less flakes.

when youre on the date...this is a completely different topic altogether but it will once again involve sparking/increasing that attraction by DHVing, building connections with her etc.

Why do you want to number close in a minute anyway? spend a bit more time and you'll get better quality numbers. plus you'll get to see if shes the kind of girl you want to meet up with in the first place.
