If you do talk to her don't try and make her feel low. You need to remember the rule of leaving females better then you found them.

I'm not saying that this is the case here, but I can second that this happens a lot. Being a regular at quite a few clubs on campus and having close friends who work there (Bouncers, DJs, etc.), I hear a lot of stories like this. A bouncer will meet a girl he thinks is interested while working, they will flirt and hook up or whatever, and then a day later she goes back to the same club expecting royal SPAM (free cover, drinks, a wristband even if underage...) just because she "knows a guy".

In no way am I saying the guy can't attract or game her and be successful, I'm just saying that sometimes there are motives behind flirting when dealing with "power", especially during the nightlife.

Listen man, what do you expect? A girl went to a club with friends to have a good time. She drank some, she met guys and did whatever, and it sounds like she had a fun night for herself. If she just sat there bored just because a guy who was working there thought she was cute and didn't like her "slutty" attitude, she would have had a boring night... which defeats the purpose of going to a club.
