Hey guys, newbie here. I got a question for you guys that have done this for a while. I'm sure at one point many of you had anxiety or just thought about the consequences of talking to a really attractive woman.

My question is this: what techniqes or tools do you use to get yourself into a 'don't give a damn' type of mindset. I realize this goes along with confidence, but I'd like to pick your brains a little. Thanks!

how do you drop a hot iron?

you just do, because the pain of holding it isn't worth it.


Also warm-up sets, like high-fiving a bunch of people then go in set immiediatly, don't allow yourself to think. 1 second rule

I usually just phase out, removing all thoughts from my mind and approach.

Just think of the girl as your 7-year-old little niece. This will reduce the anxiety.

Your anxiety is in initial approach. For at least a week or two give every girl you make eye contact with a big smile and a friendly "Hello". You must maintain the eye contact. Do this in passing even. If you are on a line, shopping, etc, (in a place you can talk) compliment a piece of jewlery or something like that (not a part of their physical beauty). Just strike up conversation about anything relatively shallow and friendly (Jon & Kate, a TVshow, food, something in the surrounding enviornment). Just smile have fun and dont try to flirt or get a number. Get a smile and a nice bit of talk from any woman, not just hotties. You'll see that they are pretty much the same to talk to regardless of appearance. Beautiful women can be very very insecure and shy also.

If you do approach a woman and it doesnt work, so what? You'll make her feel beautiful and attractive at least. You just did her a favor.

fun topics are definitely important, whether it be talking a woman or man. If you want to get to know ppl you should know some things that they like. Women like their shows I suppose. But man, is it boring trying to find out what women like. I suppose it is good in the long run.

Not for good game, just to learn to approach and feel comfortable. If you can confident strike up pleasant conversations you should lose that fear.

Having abundance of girls in your life, that way 1 more or less won't matter much.

If you go into the videos section I put up one called "Not Giving a Fuck" it's from a comedian and is just a funny video. However, just thinking of it makes me laugh, then I actually stop giving a fuck.
